The PulseX is made for kids aged 6+ who've outgrown balance bikes and are ready for something faster. It has a 350W motor, chunky 16" tyres and three speed modes, so it grows with your rider from their first laps to full-speed runs around the backyard.
There's no kick-starting or pushing off needed. Turn it on and press the throttle, and the motor starts straight away in any gear. It's simple and intuitive, so new riders get the hang of it quickly.
Start them in 1st gear at a gentle 8 km/h while they learn. Move up to 15 km/h once they find their feet, then unlock the full 20 km/h when they're ready. You decide how fast they go.
The height-adjustable seat post suits riders from 110 to 170 cm tall, so the PulseX 16" keeps fitting as your child grows through their tweens and into their teens. It carries riders up to 50 kg.
The 36V lithium battery gives up to 13–15 km of riding on a single charge, and it's back to full in about 2 hours. Its smart battery management system protects against overcharging, over-discharging, short circuits, over-current and overheating, and it puts itself to sleep if the battery runs low.
The IP54 rating protects against dust and water splashes, and it runs in temperatures from -5 °C to 40 °C. It rides best on dry, flat, hard surfaces like driveways, paths and bike tracks. At just 15 kg, it's easy to lift into the car for weekends away.
