Swarf inside tubing is a worry, ie: will become a rust issue I would imagine.
Otherwise, seems solid.

Just to put your mind (and anyone reading) at ease on the swarf: the metal components are [finished/treated — e.g. powder-coated / galvanised / zinc-plated], so they're built to handle outdoor use without rusting.
