Delivery Locations
Little Tacker Toys can dispatch orders to any physical or postal address deemed by Australia Post and local authorities to be a registered or lawful address within mainland Australia. At this stage, we do not deliver outside Australia. If you are outside our delivery area, please contact us to discuss potential delivery options.
Delivery Costs
Delivery charges will apply. Delivery fees can be calculated using our shipping calculator during checkout.
Dispatch and Delivery Timing
• Dispatch: We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, typically within 2 to 3 business days of receiving the order (excluding non-working days in Victoria).
• Delivery Timeframe: Once shipped, orders generally take 2 to 7 business days to arrive at the shipping address provided. For pre-orders, delivery time can extend up to 10 weeks (see details below).
• Peak Periods: During peak periods (October–December), some delays may occur. Customers are advised to place orders well in advance to allow for potential delays.
Note: Little Tacker Toys is not responsible for late deliveries caused by couriers or third parties and is not liable for any inconvenience, hardship, or financial loss due to delivery delays.
Pre-Order Process
Little Tacker Toys offers a pre-order system for items currently in production or awaiting arrival. Pre-orders allow customers to reserve products from an upcoming shipment.
• Pre-order Timing: Pre-orders are available 7 to 60 days before stock arrival.
• Estimated Arrival Dates: Dates are displayed on the product page and are approximate. Stock may arrive slightly earlier or later than stated.
• Payment: Pre-orders must be placed as regular orders, with full payment for the product and postage made upfront.
• Delivery Handling: Once stock arrives at our warehouse, handling and delivery times remain the same as standard orders.
Changes to Delivery Details
If you need to change a delivery date or address, contact us as soon as possible. If you are unavailable to accept delivery on the agreed date, an additional delivery fee may apply for each subsequent delivery attempt.
Delivery Methods
Products may be delivered using various methods. Upon receiving your order, you must sign the courier’s delivery documentation (e.g., dockets or consignment notes).
Authority to Leave: By default, orders have an Authority to Leave at the front door in a secure location if no one is available to receive the delivery.
• Refusal to Accept Delivery: If you refuse to sign or accept delivery, the order may be returned to Little Tacker Toys. In such cases, shipping and handling fees for re-delivery will be your responsibility.
• Courier Costs: Any courier costs related to a return or re-delivery will also be passed on to you before further processing of the order.
Ownership and Risk
• Title: Ownership of products passes to you only after delivery and full payment has been received.
• Risk: Risk of loss, damage, or deterioration of products transfers to you upon delivery.
• Declined Payments: If payment is declined, Little Tacker Toys reserves the right to reclaim the products, even if they have been delivered to or moved from the delivery address.
Address Types
Business Address:
A business address must:
• Be in a commercial zone, not a residential area.
• Have street access and unloading facilities capable of receiving truck deliveries.
Delivery to commercial addresses is generally faster and less costly.
• Verification: We may verify the business name, address, and contact details for delivery. If the provided address is not deemed a commercial address, additional residential delivery charges may apply.
• Exclusions: Delivery does not include shopping centres or addresses outside designated commercial zones.
Examples of Business Addresses:
• A workshop with truck access
• A shop front with street access and a loading zone
Residential Address:
Residential addresses include private homes and residences where businesses may operate.
• Residential Business Deliveries: Business operations within residential zones are classified as residential deliveries.
• Carrier Zones: Some carriers classify specific areas as residential or commercial, and it’s essential to confirm your address type to avoid delays or additional costs.
