Product arrived broken. Damage to the plastic underneath of the excavator (I imagine the big crack was possibly caused at place of manufacture). Unfortunately, could not wait to contact sales for a replacement or refund or whatever other options may have been available as we needed the product for my son's birthday. Irrespective of the damage, it operates fine. It was easy to put together and our son absolutely loves it. It was good value. The only reason why I rated it two star was because of the damage to it as i felt that it was unacceptable given the price. Regardless, I will be happy to purchase from this business again.
